Please be brutally honest here, I don't want you to write what you think I want to see. I also don't expect you to be eating perfectly, otherwise you wouldn't be doing this program. This is a food diary of what you eat now (not while on the Transform program). So yes, include the donuts!


I need to know how you currently eat so I can adapt your nutiriton plan to suit you. If you currently eat a block of chocolate a day or 2L of coke, then write it down! If you don't normally eat that meal (i.e breakfast), just leave it blank.
